SmartDLoan Terms of Service

Welcome to SmartDLoan, a service offered through the SmartD App. By accessing or using our loan services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

You must be a South African resident, 18 years or older, with a valid ID to apply for a loan. By applying, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Loan Application and Approval

Loan applications are subject to review and approval based on our eligibility criteria and credit assessment. Approval is not guaranteed. Loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment terms vary depending on your profile and selected plan.

3. Loan Agreement

Upon loan approval, a binding agreement is formed between you and SmartDLoan. You agree to repay the loan amount plus applicable interest and fees within the specified repayment term.

4. Repayment

You agree to repay the loan according to the schedule provided. Failure to repay on time may result in late fees, collection actions, and impact on your credit record.

5. Fees and Interest

All applicable fees and interest rates will be disclosed prior to loan acceptance. You agree to pay these charges as part of your loan repayment.

6. Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information is protected and used only for loan processing and related purposes.

7. Use of Service

SmartDLoan is intended for lawful use only. You agree not to use the service for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.

8. Modifications to Terms

SmartDLoan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance.

9. Limitation of Liability

SmartDLoan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the loan service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
